i've had my contacts in for approximately 28 hours. i've been up since 7:30 am monday.... and i just woke up from a nap that i am still not fully recovered from. i studied ALLLLL night for ochem.. i dont know why i always procrastinate so much. i don't think it was quite a good idea to do an all nighter b/c i forgot a lot of stuff while i was actually taking the test. my brain, my eyes... it was all a mess! i actually had TWO meals while i was at dennys. wow. never had done that before! i had dinner AND breakfast 6 hours after. i studied with brandon and kim, and in the morning we also met up with mohammad, katie, erin... a whole bunch of us from ochem! it was really funny b/c we were all studying in the study lounge and steve (my bio teacher) saw us once at 6am, then again at 9am, then before his class at 10:30am, then after his class at 11:45am. and every time he would see us, he was so shocked that we were still there!! it was actually a really good study session in the morning b/c we all really put our brains together... (well, actually... mostly mohammads b/c he's so darn smart!!) and worked out a LOT of the problems. my main problem was that i could not fully digest 15 different reactions PLUS substitution/elimination problems all at once in one night. but i learned a LOT of those 15 reactions of chapter 8 with kim by just saying them outloud and explaining them to each other. that was SO helpful! i donno why i waited until 8am to start that. we shoulda done that the night before.. oy. but anyways, no time for regrets now! im just glad it's over.. i missed a lot of easy stuff though... argh. i'm so mad at myself! i'm going through chapter 9 this weekend... and i got a bio test coming up too. im so flabbergasted when it comes to testing time! so yeah.. i think im going to bed extra early tonight.. i can't WAIT till thanksgiving weekend... i have to write to the UCs to let them of know of my errors on my app too. argh. SO EMBARASSING!! >_< better go now.. ttyl tobes!
