happy valentine's day! i've been watching movies like crazy today! i watched back to the future (i didn't know michael j. fox was so adorable!), some of aliens, some of pocahontas, a little of blue streak, and most of tremors. lol. well, one of the reasons i didn't go out with my other single buddies is that i went jogging today around 5:30 with my mommy.. then this huge truck drives by, as i'm jogging, i give the monster a glance, and there i am, unable to walk... having sprained my ankle! OY! i thought it was getting better, but i think i only made it worse.. i didn't want to put ice on it.. b/c you know... it's cold! haha, anyhow. i'm okay though.. i'll live! you know what's really funny? i thought for SURE i would be feeling upset and sad today. but, i just don't. =) i feel pretty good actually! i'm glad i'm resting a lot and getting studying done. i went to soka with liz today... took her there for the 1st time! she loved it of course. =) i made us sandwiches and we had lunch outside. i think that i looked so forward to this day being over that i completely forgot to even think about being sad. (which is definately a good thing!) i just made it a normal saturday, and told myself it was all in my head. and it most certainly was! i was reading older entries and remember how i was last year on valentine's day. it makes me think of how much i have changed and grown since that time. i truly think that i have become a much better person thatn i was before.. (in some aspects anyway!) =)
yesterday night we went clubbing for katelyn's birthday at the boogie. i had never been there before.. but i actually had a pretty good time with everyone. i think it was really fun to go with EVERYONE... we were this huge group of girls (except of course for jed.. hehe) just having a good time in each others company! it was so nice to see everyone because usually we only see so little of us time to time.. we're all sooooo busy. but it was good seeing those kids. =) i really like hanging out with them! i think jed danced with every single one of us. even i danced with jed! i figured it was better to dance with a guy friend of mine who would respect me rather than some mindless pervert. not that jed can't be a mindless pervert.. haha. he so can be! (especially when it comes to britney spears) but i mean, every guy can be.. it's not their fault. but, i know he's not a mindless pervert around us anyway. =) of course i did my share of drinking... i had two shots of bicardi with jed on the way to the club, when we got inside, sha recommended the madori sour, which i got. she had the malibu and pineapple! then i got two beers later.. but i shared my last one with wig. by the time the whole gear was in full swing, i was SO buzzing. it was fun though, to not have a care in the world except to have a good time with friends. =) me, jed, sha and diane went to dennys after and we just pigged out! yummmyyyyy, i <3 their motzerella sticks. =) =) =) i completely cleared my plate, and we started our ways home...! i slept so well and woke up so nicely this morning. =) no dry mouth... yECK. thank goodness!
i'm so tired from watching all these damn movies.. i did the laundry today too, and did a pretty decent job on studying. tomorrow i'm going to meet up with the ochem ppl to do hmwk. mohammad, brandon and erin.. crack me up! when we're in lab, we're all so silly. mohammad is a very witty person who always has something smart to say. hehe.. i remember one time brandon was asking him if he knew if we had aluminum foil in the classroom and the whereabouts on the location. and he replied, "yes brandon, it's the only aluminum foil box in the classroom and it's where it's always been." which WAS true... haha. i guess you jsut have to have been there.... (i guess a joke is never that funny when you have to explain it... heh.. but i'll always remember that!) then one day he asked me if i we had anymore filter paper left, and i couldn't resist getting him back for always being so darn smart... hehe so i said, "yes mohammad, it's the only filter paper we have in the class and it's where it's always been!" haha. of course he remembered what i meant by it all.. and knew i was completely joking... heh. i donno.. i think we're all such a silly bunch! you have no idea how many things we have broken and lost in that lab room. i'm going to owe saddleback a hundred bucks by the time i get out of that lab! i wish steve would post up the grades from our test..... i want to know what i got!! my foot hurts so much.. i can't believe i did this! i hope i'll be okay to walk around tomorrow.. i got a ton of stuff on my list to finish! blah. =) anyhow! i'm extra tired now.. gonna put the babies back in their home and get myself to bed.. good night tobes! <3 you much my darling diary. =)
