hi. so, recollecting my thoughts from the dashboard day.
6:oo am - woke up, got ready.. etc.etc.
7:oo - went to pick up margO, counted the speed bumps on the way up. ;)
7:3o - margo picked up successfully!! heh.. driving to l.a.
8:oo - still driving.. chatting..
9:oo - got lucky with parking! woOhoO.. stand in line with other fans, freaks, whatever you like to call them.
11:oo - still in line..! saw frank, dan, natasha.. and one more person i didnt recognize? yeah frank, i like dashboard confessional. ;) you guys got there LATE!!
11:3o - they FINALLY started letting us in.. told us to be quiet, made us stand in the back!! oh the horror.
12:o5 - snuck up to the front crowd!!
12:3o-6:oo - sang the damn song 100 times. each time, we had to act like we were hearing it for the first time!! director yelling "lots of energy!!" oh god, it took FOREVER. my feet were killer! what was i thinking when i put on SANDALS that morning?! why was i wearing a skirt?! they gave us pizza, but we were afraid of leaving our place.. for fear it would be taken away. we were pretty DAMN close to chris!!! he's so little..! but really, it just adds to his cuteness. i wonder if frank, dan, natasha, and friend got in? well they did kinda get in late..! :/ i didnt see them in there tho..
6:15 - FINALLY. we got to see what we were waiting for. they played a set for us!! major pushege going on, (this indian girl had her elbow in my back.. GRR..! annoyance!) and heard some new songs that sounded sooOoo goOod!! 7:3o pm - finally, it's all over. start heading home..
9:oo pm - happily sitting in the living room with jack in the box.. YUM! it was the best meal of my life. serious. telling sushi how everything was. ;)
9:3o - passed out on my bed. SO TIRED.. test the next day.. hmm.. wonder how i did? har har.. :/
so yeah, it was TONS of fun. but just the recording part was horrid. i mean, i LOVE the song, but i really dont wanna sing it 100 times!! but i listened to it this morning, and no im not sick of it. ;) to hear them and see them so close for FREE.. well.. define FREE right? heh. it was well worth it!! and the next day i had my psych test and english class after.. arghh.. i bought 'the scarlet letter' at b and n yesterday.. and i bought 'the blue day journal/directory' for my sushi. hehe. she will like it!! ok.. i must disperse to go see the dermo doctor and pick up sushi. ttyl tobey!! good day to yOu. �
