Dear Tobey,

Hi love. What my mental and physical self is supposed to be doing is STUDYING, but I just can't seem to get it down at the moment. I was at Borders earlier and ended up buying some favorites. The ever famous, Animal Farm and Flowers for Algernon. Even though I have read both of these books numerous times over and over again, I couldn't help but feel my hands reach out for them again. I guess that's what happens with your favorite books. My all time favorite I will read forever and ever until I am 06 feet under, The Little Prince of course. Minus the fact that I can't seem to find it anywhere!! This calls for a great reason to buy a new copy. =D

Attending a concert tomorrow with Suey, Flower and Olive at the Troubadour. I <3 this venue. I saw Q and Not U & Natural Afrodisiac play there, and I <3 both of those bands with great intensity. On this occasion, I'm actually going to see a band I don't even know if I like. The only reason I'm going is because of my sister. It's only $10.00 to see a show at the Troubadour anyway (one of the ever best reasons to go watch a show there).

The line up is this: Fielding Yes Dear Addison Redwalls Aribella Harrison

I still love this!

Jed and I. I miss this stupid friend! He actually called me today and left a message to call him back and of course when I called back he did not answer. That is SO Edmond.

I got the Nine Days Wonder cd today via mail from One Cell Records and it is simply spectacular. With Euphoria is the name of the album and it's a must have. Now I must be off to study! Ciao.

Any one who has common sense will remember that the bewilderments of the eyes are of two kinds, and arise from two causes,

either from coming out of the light or from going into the light, which is true of the mind's eye, quite as much as of the bodily eye;

and he who remembers this when he sees any one whose vision is perplexed and weak, will not be too ready to laugh;

he will first ask whether that soul of man has come out of the brighter life, and is unable to see because unaccustomed to the dark, or having turned from darkness to the day is dazzled by excess of light.

And he will count the one happy in his condition and state of being, and he will pity the other;

or, if he have a mind to laugh at the soul which comes from below into the light, there will be more reason in this than in the laugh which greets him who returns from aboce out of the light into the den.
